Alma Harmony spotlight
The most powerful Harmony treatment – for those who want the most visible, lasting results.
SupErb is an ablative fractional laser that targets the superficial upper layer of the skin, creating microscopic channels that trigger the skin's natural healing and collagen remodelling response – visibly improving texture, fading scarring and pigmentation, and delivering some of the most significant results available without surgery.
SupErb creates microscopic perforations in the skin's surface – only as deep as a few sheets of paper, which stimulate an immediate healing response. As new collagen forms and remodels over the following weeks, scars soften, pigmentation fades, rough texture smooths, and the overall appearance of the skin transforms.
Unlike the no-downtime Harmony treatments, SupErb does require some recovery time – numbing cream is applied before treatment, and the skin will need between 2 and 14 days to recover depending on the strength of treatment selected.

Treat your skin concerns
How SupErb can help your skin
Concerns & conditions that can be treated
SupErb works within the skin to stimulate regeneration and collagen renewal, supporting visible improvements in skin texture and quality. It is commonly used to support the following concerns:
Sun damage & pigmentation
Removes the damaged surface layer where pigmentation sits while stimulating fresh collagen beneath — effectively resurfacing and renewing the skin's appearance with visible, long-lasting results.
Acne scarring refers to permanent marks, indentations, or pigmentation left on the skin after acne breakouts, often caused by collagen damage and inflammation during the healing process.
Uneven skin texture
Resurfaces the skin's outer layer to remove damaged surface cells and stimulate fresh collagen — delivering significant and visible improvements to rough or uneven skin texture.
Dull skin refers to a lack of radiance or glow, often caused by dead skin cell buildup, dehydration, or environmental factors that impact skin health.
Fine lines & deeper wrinkles
Triggers a full collagen remodelling response by creating controlled micro-injuries at the skin's surface — progressively softening lines and improving overall skin structure.
Fine lines and wrinkles are creases in the skin caused by ageing, repetitive facial expressions, and environmental factors, which can affect the youthful appearance of your skin.
Acne scarring
Creates controlled micro-injuries that force the skin to produce new collagen — filling and smoothing indented scarring from the ground up over a course of treatments.

Stretch marks
Resurfaces the scar tissue and stimulates collagen remodelling in the dermis beneath — gradually improving the appearance and texture of stretch marks over a course of treatments.
Dull skin
Removes the damaged surface layer of dead and dull cells — revealing fresher skin beneath and stimulating the collagen renewal that restores a healthy and luminous complexion.

Scarring
Resurfaces scar tissue and stimulates collagen remodelling to gradually soften and fade surgical and trauma scars over a course of treatments. Suitability assessed at consultation.

Frequently asked questions
How does SupErb compare to ClearLift?
ClearLift works beneath the surface with zero downtime — a gentler treatment suited to maintenance and overall rejuvenation. SupErb works on the surface and is significantly more powerful — suited to those with established scarring, texture concerns, or sun damage who want the most visible improvement and are willing to accept some downtime.
Can SupErb be used on the body?
Yes — SupErb can be used on body areas including the décolletage, arms, and areas with stretch marks or textural concerns. Your practitioner will confirm suitability at consultation.
How many sessions will I need?
Results are cumulative — each session builds on the last, with the most significant improvement visible several months after completing the course. The exact number will be determined at consultation based on your concern.
What aftercare is required?
The skin needs to be kept clean, moisturised, and protected from the sun. Your practitioner will provide detailed aftercare instructions and product recommendations. SPF must be worn daily throughout the course and afterwards.
Is SupErb painful?
Numbing cream is applied before treatment to ensure comfort. During treatment you may feel a warming or prickling sensation, but significant pain is not expected. After treatment the skin may feel warm and sensitive — similar to mild sunburn — for the first 24–48 hours.
