Target and fade vascular lesions, thread veins, and persistent redness – on the face and body.
Alma Harmony
Target and fade vascular lesions, thread veins, and persistent redness – on the face and body.
ClearVas is a vascular laser that targets the haemoglobin in blood vessels – causing them to close, collapse, and be gradually reabsorbed by the body – fading thread veins, reducing persistent redness, and clearing vascular lesions with precision and minimal downtime.
Unlike IPL which uses broad-spectrum light, ClearVas uses a precise wavelength – making it particularly effective for deeper or larger vessels that do not respond as well to IPL, and suitable for treatment on both the face and body. It also has a secondary collagen-stimulating benefit, improving the overall quality and firmness of the skin in treated areas over time.

Treat your skin concerns
How ClearVas can help your skin
Concerns & conditions that can be treated
Thread veins & broken capillaries
Uses a precise 1064nm wavelength absorbed by haemoglobin to heat and collapse thread veins and broken capillaries — allowing the body to reabsorb them naturally over the weeks following treatment.
Persistent redness & rosacea
Closes the blood vessels driving rosacea redness and flushing — particularly effective for deeper or more established vascular redness that hasn't responded fully to IPL, with minimal downtime.
Rosacea is a chronic skin condition characterised by facial redness, visible blood vessels, and occasional flare-ups, often triggered by environmental and lifestyle factors.
Cherry angiomas & vascular lesions
Targets the haemoglobin within cherry angiomas and other vascular lesions — causing them to close and be absorbed by the body naturally over the weeks following treatment.
Body redness & vascular concerns
Suitable for vascular lesions and thread veins on both the face and body — targeting haemoglobin in vessels to close and fade them with minimal downtime.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between ClearVas and VascuPen?
VascuPen uses green light and is best suited to small, superficial, isolated facial vessels — broken capillaries, fine thread veins, and cherry angiomas. ClearVas uses Nd:YAG 1064nm laser and is suited to deeper, larger, or more established vessels, and can also be used on the body. Your practitioner will recommend the most appropriate treatment at consultation.
What is the difference between ClearVas and IPL?
Dye-VL IPL uses broad-spectrum light and works well for diffuse redness and pigmentation across larger areas. ClearVas is a more precise laser wavelength — better for targeting specific deeper vessels or for skin tones where IPL is less suitable. In some cases both may be recommended as part of a treatment plan.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe a mild snapping or warm sensation. No anaesthetic is required and the treatment is well tolerated.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients see meaningful results over a course of 3 sessions. Depending on the severity and extent of the vascular concern, additional sessions may be recommended.
Can ClearVas treat leg veins?
ClearVas can treat superficial vascular lesions on the body including the legs, but is best suited to smaller vessels. Larger leg veins may require a different approach — your practitioner will advise at consultation.
Is there any aftercare required?
Avoid sun exposure to the treated area and apply SPF daily. Some temporary redness or swelling may be present for a short period after treatment. Full aftercare guidance will be provided at your appointment.
How long do results last?
Results are long-lasting — up to a year and beyond for many clients. Maintenance sessions can be recommended to sustain results over time.
