All of our injection-based treatments at Smooth Dimensions are carried out by Fiona, who brings over 30 years of medical experience to her practice. She trained and worked as a Cardiac Nurse within the NHS, developing a strong clinical foundation grounded in patient safety and care.With more than 10 years of specialist experience in facial aesthetics, Fiona is highly skilled in advanced injectable treatments and works across a wide range of cosmetic concerns. Her expertise includes skin boosters, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin injections, all delivered with precision, integrity, and a medically led approach.
Sanyukta Gomes
Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner
Sanyukta is a highly experienced aesthetic practitioner with over 24 years in the beauty and aesthetics industry, bringing a wealth of international expertise to Smooth Dimensions. Her career spans Mumbai, Paris, Bologna, London, and Bishop’s Stortford, shaping a refined, globally informed approach to advanced aesthetic treatments. A fully qualified beauty therapist with a Level 4 qualification in advanced aesthetics, Sanyukta has over a decade of focused experience delivering safe, results-driven treatments. She has particular expertise in laser and IPL therapies, effectively treating concerns such as pigmentation, vascular lesions, acne, skin rejuvenation, and long-term hair reduction across a wide range of skin types. Sanyukta is deeply committed to continuous professional development, ensuring her practice aligns with the latest clinical standards, technologies, and evidence-based protocols. Known for her calm, professional manner and meticulous attention to detail, she delivers personalised treatments with a strong focus on natural-looking results and long-term skin health.
