PrimeX targets these areas at a cellular level, using focused ultrasound energy to disrupt fat cell membranes and allow the body to process and eliminate them naturally over the weeks following treatment.

Is PrimeX the same as fat freezing?
No — PrimeX uses ultrasound energy to disrupt fat cells, which is a different mechanism to cryolipolysis (fat freezing). PrimeX also combines RF skin tightening in the same session, which helps prevent the skin looking loose after fat reduction.
Will the fat come back?
The fat cells that are disrupted during treatment are processed and eliminated by the body — they do not regenerate. However, remaining fat cells can still enlarge if significant weight is gained, so maintaining a stable weight helps to preserve results long term.
Can I treat multiple areas in one session?
Depending on the areas being treated and the size of each zone, it may be possible to treat more than one area in a single session. This will be discussed and planned at your consultation.
How long before I see results?
Full results develop progressively over 8–12 weeks after the final session as the body continues to process the disrupted fat cells. Staying hydrated and maintaining a healthy lifestyle supports the results.
Is it a weight loss treatment?
No — PrimeX is a body contouring treatment, not a weight loss solution. It is designed to reduce and refine localised fat deposits and improve body definition. The best candidates are those who are close to their target weight but have stubborn areas they want to address.
