How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment via our online booking system. Message us if you have any trouble booking and we can assist you.

Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?

A consultation is recommended and is sometimes mandatory before a treatment. This ensures we understand your goals and can recommend the most suitable treatment for you.

Is there parking at the clinic?

Paid parking is available at Angel Lane Parking car park. More details about finding our clinic can be found here.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member. However, children are not permitted in treatment areas for safety reasons.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we do! We offer a flexible payment plan which allows you pay your treatments off over a period of time. You can find out more about this here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and offer flexible payment plans.

Do you have a loyalty programme?

Yes we do. We have loyalty cards available in the clinic. With our loyalty card, you’ll receive a stamp for each appointment you attend. Once you’ve collected five stamps, you’ll enjoy 20% discount on your sixth treatment. Pick up your loyalty card at your next visit to start collecting stamps.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we sell digital and physical gift cards which can be customised to any amount of your choosing. Send us a message if you would like to order one.

Is there anything I need to do before my treatment?

Preparation guidelines vary depending on the treatment. We’ll provide you with full instructions during your consultation or via email prior to your appointment.

Is there anything I should or shouldn't do after my treatment?

Aftercare advice will be provided for each treatment to ensure optimal results and a smooth recovery.
