At Smooth Dimensions, treatment can combine the UniBody and UltraWave applicators on the Alma PrimeX platform. UniBody uses radiofrequency energy with a rotating massage mechanism.

The controlled heat supports collagen remodelling, helping loose or crepey skin appear firmer and smoother over time. UltraWave uses non-focused ultrasound energy to target localised areas of fat where stubborn fat is also affecting the shape and contour of the treatment area.
