How does Radiofrequency Skin Tightening work?
Alma PrimeX uses radiofrequency energy to create controlled, even heating within the deeper layers of the skin.
This thermal effect targets existing collagen fibres and stimulates the formation of new collagen. Improvements develop gradually as the skin remodels itself, rather than creating an immediate surgical-style lift.
At Smooth Dimensions, treatment is delivered using the UniFace applicator on the Alma PrimeX platform. This non-invasive treatment uses controlled radiofrequency energy to gently warm the deeper layers of the skin, without needles or incisions.

The Alma PrimeX applicator is moved across the selected area while radiofrequency energy gently heats the tissue. Most patients experience a warming sensation during treatment.
There is usually minimal downtime, and normal activities can generally be resumed after the appointment. Temporary warmth or redness may occur.
