About Smooth Dimensions
Led by Advanced Nurse Prescriber Fiona Mahandru, the Smooth Dimensions team also includes Advanced Skin Specialist Sanyukta Gomes. Together, they provide personalised facial aesthetics, injectable treatments, advanced skin treatments, laser and IPL, and non-surgical face and body treatments.
Our aim is to help you make informed decisions about your treatment. We take the time to understand your concerns, explain the available options and create a plan that is appropriate for your skin, features and goals.

Meet the Smooth Dimensions team
Fiona Mahandru, Advanced Nurse Prescriber
Fiona has worked as a nurse since 1995, has been a Nurse Prescriber since 2005 and has been practising medical aesthetics since 2016.
Her extensive nursing background includes working as a cardiac heart failure nurse specialist. This experience developed the clinical assessment, patient care and decision-making skills that continue to shape her approach to aesthetics today.
Sanyukta Gomes, Advanced Skin Specialist
Sanyukta has more than 24 years of experience across the beauty and aesthetics industries and brings extensive international expertise to Smooth Dimensions.
She is a qualified beauty therapist with a Level 4 qualification in advanced aesthetics and particular experience in laser, IPL, medical-grade skincare and advanced face and body treatments.

Save Face Accredited Since 2020
Smooth Dimensions has been Save Face accredited since 2020. Save Face operates a Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register for healthcare professionals providing non-surgical cosmetic treatments. The accreditation provides patients with an additional level of assurance when choosing a medical aesthetics practitioner.
As part of the process, Fiona’s professional registration, specialist training and insurance have been checked. The clinic has also been assessed against standards covering patient documentation, safety procedures, the treatment environment and the sourcing of licensed products from reputable suppliers.

Smooth Dimensions is based at 2 Angel Lane in the centre of Great Dunmow, Essex.
The clinic welcomes patients from across Essex and the surrounding areas, including Chelmsford, Braintree, Thaxted, Halstead, Stansted, Sawbridgeworth and Saffron Walden.
Patients also travel from Bishop’s Stortford, Ongar, Cambridge, Newmarket, Chigwell and Loughton for medical aesthetics, laser and advanced skin treatments.
