What Is Non-Surgical Body Sculpting?
Non-surgical body sculpting includes treatments designed to improve shape and contour without incisions or surgery. At Smooth Dimensions, we use Alma PrimeX UltraWave for non-surgical body contouring. It uses ultrasound energy to target stubborn areas of fat and improve the shape and definition of the treated area.
The aim is a gradual improvement in body definition rather than a dramatic or immediate change. Body sculpting is not a weight-loss treatment. It is designed to refine selected areas and support a more balanced, defined body contour.
How it works
Non-Surgical BBL and Bum Sculpting
Smooth Dimensions also offers a non-surgical BBL, or Brazilian butt lift, using a personalised Alma PrimeX lift-and-sculpt treatment plan.
Depending on your anatomy and goals, suitable PrimeX technologies may be used to refine the surrounding contours and improve the appearance of shape, firmness and definition across the buttocks. This treatment does not involve fat transfer, implants or incisions.
It is intended to create a gradual, lifted-look and more sculpted appearance, rather than replicate the result of a surgical Brazilian butt lift.

Depending on your body shape and treatment goals, PrimeX body contouring may be used on areas including:

Body sculpting may be suitable if you are close to a stable or preferred weight, have a localised area that affects your body shape, want improved definition without surgery, understand that a treatment course is required, and are willing to maintain a balanced lifestyle following treatment.
It is not intended to treat obesity or replace weight loss through nutrition or physical activity. A £50 consultation is required before your first treatment.
The Treatment Process
What happens during treatment?
Your practitioner will assess the areas you would like to improve and create a personalised treatment plan.
The selected Alma PrimeX applicator is moved across the treatment area while ultrasound or radiofrequency energy is delivered into the underlying tissue. You may experience warmth, tingling or pressure during the appointment.
Treatment is non-invasive, and there is usually minimal downtime. Temporary warmth, redness or tenderness may occur. You should drink plenty of water before and after your treatment.

When will I see results?
Changes develop gradually during and after the recommended treatment course. Some patients may notice that clothing fits differently or that the treated area appears more defined as the course progresses.
Smooth Dimensions offers courses of four or six treatments. Maintaining a relatively stable weight is important because future weight changes can affect the contours of both treated and untreated areas.
